Ink cartridge (color - remanufactured Color Hig...

The first time I tried Inkjets.com the cartridges would not work in my HP Printer. I had wanted to save money. So I sold the HP Printer and got a Canon Printer. I had not tried Inkjets for a while, then I saw where they had the Remanufactured inks that I could use in it. I ordered the color high yield cartridge and when I got it, it was leaking blue ink. I called and told them what they had done and they replaced it. That was a good turnaround. Just tried it and ended up calling my IT because I kept getting a message of needing to align my printer head. Tech to Us got it cleaned and running.

Good service Poor Quality

The service is first rate. Kind and thorough. However, I received 4 cartridges (after 2 FREE replacements but none of the 3 color cartridges worked properly. It's better to buy from another source.

I got good service, but discovered poor quality. On every color ink cassette the red didn't work.

Don’t buy

Installed cartridge and started printing thirty pages. Slowly lost red and blue colors by page ten. Ran nozzle cleaning and head alignment apps several times. Took out cartridge and warm water soaked and cleaned several times and got the red back. Never got the blue to print. Had to go out and buy the Canon cartridge to double check. Works perfectly.

Poor quality!

This color cartridge I ordered is defective as it does not have any magenta (red) ink in it. They are going to replace it and I'm hoping the replacement is not defective like the previous one. I'm happy with Inkjets customer service response to their defective product.
