I have ordered before when it was coming from Carrot Ink. Product looks same. It always worked good in past. I do not know if this product from inkjets.com is same yet, as I won't install for a while. However, the packaging this order arrived in is bogus. The cartridges are thrown loosely in a shipping envelope. Some of the outer boxes are beat up but looks like product inside is intact. When it was Carrot Ink the sets came in an individual box for each set, It made storage simple. Now I have 10 cartridges falling around. Not very good change.
