Thank you for your prompt shipment of 3 ink cartridges. They arrived in a timely manner but more importantly, well packed, without any damage.

I'm sure it won't be too long before I have to replace my black ink as well, and i will definitely be giving you a call to do just that.

I've never seen anything about returning the old cartridges, but I'd be glad to send them to you, rather than put them in the trash. Please let me know.

Good Cartridges/Great Customer Service

Carrot Ink is dependable ... the cartridges are good. However, the price increased since we last ordered. Not sure why, especially during a pandemic.
