Company Policy review, not a product review

I searched the website for a drum kit for my specific printer due to printing issues, and the website returned the item I ultimately purchased. When it arrived, it didn't fit. Because I later learned that my model of printer contains the drum kit inside each toner cartridge. The website shouldn't have showed me this item. I contacted the company to return it, and paid almost $12 to do so, because they wouldn't issue me a Merchandise Return label with prepaid postage. When I insisted I wouldn't have bought it if their website hadn't told me it fit my printer, they didn't care. I have made a note not to purchase from them again.

printed 6 pages and it begin getting lighter and lighter, leaving streaks over half of the printed material, and eventually pages were unreadable. I would like a refund. Thanks, Greg
